As part of the Community Action Plan, the Central Valley Opportunity Center (CVOC) must conduct Public Hearings for both the Community Services Block Grant-Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers Program (CSBG-MSFW) and Community Services Block Grant-Community Service Program (CSBG-CSP) to determine the needs of our communities. Your input on the needs of the low-income, migrant, and seasonal farmworkers in Stanislaus county is greatly appreciated.
