The Stanislaus Community System of Care approved the use of the County Office of Emergency Services’ Incident Command System (ICS) methodology to coordinate the 2019 Point-in-Time Count. ICS is a standardized approach based on management by objectives that enables a coordinated response among various jurisdictions and establishes common processes for resource management. ICS will structure this year’s count in a formalized manner for data collection and reporting. OES is assisting CSOC by providing expertise and serving on the PIT Count Planning Committee.  LEARN MORE
