For interested volunteers, please visit the following link www.loveourneighbors.org/pit and complete the following steps:

1) select the city you wish to conduct surveys in; and

2) select one of the mandatory training options that will be occurring the week of January 6th, 2020.

Deadline to register as a volunteer: January 5th, 2020

Update: The October 17th CSOC Council Meeting is Cancelled

The Turlock/Modesto/Stanislaus County Continuum of Care (CoC) Consolidated Application (Application + Priority Listing) for the 2019 Department of Housing and Urban Development CoC Competition is now available. The CoC will submit the final Consolidated Application to the Department of Housing and Urban Development by Monday, September 30. If you have any questions, concerns, or comments on this application, please contact Stanislaus@homebaseccc.org by 5:00pm on Thursday, September 26.

HUD Update

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released the Continuum of Care (CoC) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA), with a due date of September 30, 2019.

HomeBase is working with the community to review the NOFA and drafting a summary of the competition and its requirements for both the CoC and Project Applicants to provide guidance for this year’s process.
