Housing Inventory: A continued challenge

“The average rent in Modesto was $788 in December 2013 and had shot up to $1,159 by March of this year, according to RentCafe, a nationwide apartment search website.”

Affordable housing inventory continues to be a challenge in Stanislaus County. CSOC is currently working with its membership to address and improve the issue.
