On Tuesday, October 19th, the Review and Rank Panel created the Preliminary Priority Listing according to the local scoring tools and policies. You can view both the Preliminary Priority Listing and local policies and procedures attached to this email, as well as the detailed competition timeline. Special thanks to all the project applicants and the Review and Rank Panel who dedicated so much of their time and attention to the competition process.
From here, the competition timeline is as follows:
- October 22, 2021 – Eligible projects with an intent to appeal must submit their formal appeal to Homebase (note that according to the local competition policies and procedures, there are currently no projects eligible to appeal as none have received decreased funding)
- October 28, 2021 – Special CSoC board meeting to approve the Final Priority List
- November 1 – 8, 2021 – Homebase works with project applicants to finalize esnaps applications
- November 8, 2021 – Final project applications completed in esnaps
